Fairfield acquired a plot of land on Old Hill in Ashbourne in September 2024 which previously had planning for three apartments, we will now be working with our architect and planning consultant to seek planning consent for our Tree Tops development which is a boutique collection of two 2 bedroom semi detached properties.
