Fairfield's focus is on acquiring properties and land in the Midlands to develop and sell on to owner occupiers or investors.
We also invest in the Cotswolds with a longer term time horizon where we own and manage our own holiday let properties as well on behalf of clients.

Fairfield acquired a plot of land on Old Hill in Ashbourne in September 2024 which previously had planning for three apartments, we will now be working with our architect and planning consultant to seek planning consent for our Tree Tops development which is a boutique collection of two 2 bedroom semi detached properties.

Fairfield acquired this one bedroom first floor apartment with partial estuary views in August 2022.
It was subjected to a full refurbishment with new kitchen and bathroom.
Currently a holiday let but due to the Fairfield business refocusing on the Cotswolds market this has recently been listed for sale.
