Fairfield acquired a plot of land on Old Hill in Ashbourne in September 2024 which previously had planning for three apartments, after working with our architect and planning consultant we obtained full planning permission for our Tree Tops development which is a boutique collection of two 2 bedroom semi detached properties. We have agreed a sale on the land with planning permission and contracts exchanged in October-2025.
