At Fairfield we believe in transparency so the returns advertised will be the returns you achieve. Exact rate offered is subject to negotiation and dependent on specific property. For most of our investments capital and interest is typically returned within a 6-12 month time period and 18 months is the maximum loan period unless agreed otherwise.

Your agreed investment will be loaned to Fairfield Property Management Ltd and subject to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement and Fairfield's general Terms and Conditions.

Your loan will be unsecured unless your loan agreement states otherwise. Where loans are secured, this will only be secured against an asset owned by Fairfield Property Management Ltd, in most cases this will be the agreed investment asset that Fairfield plans to purchase using your investment.

The indicative time frame for a return of your capital as well as interest is 6 to 12 months but this is an indication only and can vary depending on the project and market conditions. The maximum term of all loans is 18 months unless agreed otherwise.

To invest in Fairfield you must be a UK national and we are required to verify your identity and source of funds prior to accepting your investment.
